Requirement

Job requirements:

1. College degree or above;

Over 2.3 years of project management experience in non-standard automation, testing, or 3C product industries, familiar with testing equipment and electrical performance of 3C products;

3. Electronic testing engineer/TE experience is preferred;

4. Language proficiency: Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing, with strong expression and communication skills;

5. Computer proficiency: Proficient in using MS Office software;

6. Good plan execution ability, coordination ability, and interpersonal communication skills;

7. Possess team building skills, a high sense of responsibility, and the ability to withstand pressure.

Job Description:

1. Lead engineers to independently complete technical exchanges, solve various problems raised by customers, and explore potential customer requirements.

2. Develop a detailed project plan and track its execution to grasp the budget and milestones of the project To avoid project risks and complete tasks with quality and quantity.

3. Can guide engineers to complete various automation tasks, including design adjustments and risk management
